One Hundred Flowers CD Release Show In Austin This Friday!

Austin’s One Hundred Flowers are having their CD release party for Mechanical Bride on Friday, October 22nd at Emo’s, sponsored by KVRX 91.7. The first 50 attendees will recieve a copy of Mechanical Bride and Lone Star will be giving out 100 free beers during the bands performance. Other bands playing the party are Follow That Bird!, Pink Nasty, Simple Circuit. Doors are at 8PM and tickets are $6 advance ($8 day of show.)

One Hundred Flower’s Mechanical Bride releases November 2, 2010 via Stem & Leaf Records.

MP3 “Rat Trap” (cleared to post)

“With an into similar to DeVotchka’s famous “How It Ends,” the song can only be indie-pop gold. Continuing with a quick drum beat, icy bass chords and a trilling electric guitar, “Rat Trap” sets the mood for an urban evening doused in red wine and 100 of your closest friends.”Magnet Magazine
